During your visit, please note that you will be accountable for any copayment, material, or procedure not covered by your insurance. Understanding your insurance plan’s coverage for routine vision benefits and materials is crucial. As a Specialty Ophthalmic Medical Practice, we are classified as medical providers exclusively, and consequently, we do not participate in vision plans like VSP, Eye Med, Humana Vision, or Blue Vision.

SURGERY & INSURANCE

Our insurance department will make every effort to help determine insurance coverage and estimate balances after filing for major surgeries. Any services not covered by your insurance must be paid for during your visit. Rest assured, we strive to provide the most precise estimate before your appointment, and any excess payment will be promptly refunded.
